Last updated: 28 August 2026
GoRigo AI is a trading name of International Business Exchange Limited, Company No. 15985956. Registered in England and Wales.
For the personal information described in this notice, International Business Exchange Limited is responsible for deciding how and why it is used.
This notice explains how GoRigo AI handles personal information relating to website visitors, people who contact us, and people who ask us to assess a business problem through the Free AI Audit. It covers information provided through direct communications, together with information processed through the ordinary technical operation and security of the website.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process your name and contact details, business or company information, role and business context, communications with us, and information about the business problem, current processes, relevant systems, priorities and desired improvements that you choose to provide.
We may also process limited technical information needed to deliver, operate and protect the website, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. This may include request, device, browser, network and security information made available through normal website and infrastructure operation.
We may receive information when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, including when you ask us to consider a business problem for the Free AI Audit. This may include contact and business information, context about the problem and how it is handled, relevant systems or technology, priorities and desired improvements, communication preferences, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Our direct contact routes are not intended for passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card information, large datasets, unnecessary employee or client records, or unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. Please do not include that information in an initial enquiry. The website does not provide a public file-upload feature.
We may use personal information, as appropriate, to respond to enquiries; assess business problems submitted for the Free AI Audit; communicate with you; understand the business problem presented; determine whether GoRigo AI may be able to help; manage the resulting enquiry, audit or business relationship; maintain appropriate business records; operate and secure the website; diagnose technical problems; prevent misuse; comply with applicable legal obligations; and send optional marketing communications where appropriate.
The lawful basis depends on why we use the information and the circumstances. Where applicable, we may rely on:
Service-related replies are separate from marketing. If you separately ask or consent to receive optional marketing, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at consultant@gorigo.ai or by using any unsubscribe method provided with the communication. Declining marketing does not prevent you from contacting us or asking us to consider a problem for the Free AI Audit.
We may use appropriate service providers to support website and infrastructure hosting, database and storage functions, communications and notifications, security and technical operations, and professional advice where reasonably necessary. Those providers may process personal information on our behalf where applicable.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to establish or protect legal rights, or in connection with a genuine business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.
If a service provider processes personal information outside the United Kingdom and UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard as applicable.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This may include handling an enquiry or audit request, managing a resulting business relationship, maintaining necessary business records, resolving disputes, supporting security and fraud prevention, and meeting applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
Different categories of information may therefore be kept for different periods, taking account of their purpose, sensitivity, legal requirements and whether they are still needed.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The current website does not make solely automated decisions about website visitors or people asking about the Free AI Audit that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Important decisions about audit suitability receive human consideration.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights relating to access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Not every right applies in every circumstance.
To make a privacy request, email consultant@gorigo.ai. We may ask for appropriate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
If you have a privacy concern, we would welcome the opportunity to address it. You also have the right to complain directly to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Information about making a complaint is available on the ICO website.
Our current use of cookies and browser storage is explained in the Cookie Notice.
The website may link to third-party websites and services, including an outbound WhatsApp click-to-chat link. If you follow a third-party link, that provider may process information under its own privacy practices. GoRigo AI does not control those practices.
We may update this notice when the website, our services or operations, our processing activities, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements change. The “Last updated” date will change only after a substantive review.
